If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment without providing a reason.
Returned products:
- must not show signs of use,
- should be properly secured for transport,
- should be returned complete.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
Payments are refunded using the same payment method used during checkout unless agreed otherwise.
Personalized products
The right of return does not apply to:
- made-to-order products,
- personalized products,
- products made according to the customer’s design.
