Delivery and payment
Shipments are sent via GLS, DPD or Ambro Express courier , according to the price list available when placing the order.
Personal collection is possible at our studio (63-920 Pakosław) after prior arrangement.
Each time the order is completed and the package is shipped, the customer receives an email notification with a link enabling tracking. Delivery time, calculated from the time of shipment, should not exceed 7 business days. Most couriers deliver packages within 48/72 hours (business days).
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
1. Fast online payments (instant transfer/blik/payment card)
2. Traditional transfer (the order must be paid within 3 days of placing the order)
3. Payment cards: Available payment methods that can be used to make payments:
Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
If there is a need to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.
