TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOVENTI.EU ONLINE STORE

1. General Provisions

The customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the store
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity
Goods – products available in the store
Personalized Goods – products made according to the customer’s individual order
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the online store

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the store’s website.

To place an order, the Customer must:

– select products
– add them to the cart
– choose a delivery and payment method
– provide the data necessary to complete the order
– accept these Terms and Conditions

After placing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

The Sales Agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed for processing.

The Customer may modify or cancel the order until processing begins by contacting the Seller via e-mail:

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if:

– incorrect customer data has been provided
– it is impossible to contact the Customer
– payment has not been made
– technical or pricing errors beyond the Seller’s control occur

4. Products and Personalization

Products available in the store may be handmade or made to individual order.

Due to the nature of production:

– product dimensions may slightly vary
– color shades may slightly differ from those displayed on the customer’s screen
– the arrangement of decorative elements may vary between individual items

Personalized products are made according to the guidelines provided by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details submitted.

Products made to individual order or according to the Customer’s specifications are non-returnable.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed in the store are gross prices and include VAT.

Prices are displayed in EURO or in the currency appropriate for the Customer’s market.

Available payment methods may include:

– debit and credit cards
– PayPal
– Klarna
– bank transfer
– local payment methods available through Shopify Payments

The availability of selected payment methods may vary depending on the Customer’s country.

Order processing begins after payment confirmation is received.

A proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or VAT invoice is issued for every order.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered throughout Europe and to selected countries outside the European Union.

Deliveries are carried out via:

– DHL
– Raben
– SUUS
– or other logistics partners cooperating with the Seller

The delivery method is selected individually depending on:

– the delivery country
– the size of the order
– the dimensions of the shipment

The estimated order processing time is provided on the product page.

After shipment, the Customer receives a tracking number.

For oversized products:

– delivery may be split into several packages
– delivery time may be extended
– the carrier may contact the Customer before delivery

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or random events beyond the Seller’s control.

Delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer may be required to pay additional customs duties and taxes according to the regulations of the destination country.

7. Returns

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving any reason.

Returned products:

– must not show signs of use
– should be properly secured
– should be returned complete

The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the returned shipment.

Funds are refunded using the same payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

8. Complaints

In the event of receiving a defective product or damaged shipment, the Customer should contact the Seller at:

The complaint submission should preferably include:

– the order number
– a description of the issue
– photos of the product and packaging

Complaints are processed within 14 days.

The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the store’s Privacy Policy.
